Group Discounts are available for groups of 8-20 participants!

We may be able to accommodate additional paddlers (greater than 20 participants) if you are able to launch first thing in the morning and or on a weekday. There is less availability for larger groups on weekends, particularly in the afternoon.

*Participants 50 lbs. or less can ride on a jump seat in a solo or tandem kayak with an adult paddler.

Narrow River Kayaks

Narrow River Kayaks in Narragansett, RI offers Kayak, SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) and Canoe rentals.

The Boats & Boards

Each rental includes a paddle and life vest for each paddler (tandems are 2).

SOLO KAYAKS (Sit Inside or Sit on Top)

Wide, comfortable, and stable. Available in Sit-on-top and Sit-inside. Maximum Weight Capacity ranges from 250-400 lbs. depending on model.

TANDEM KAYAKS (Sit Inside or Sit on Top)

Available in sit-on-top and sit-inside. Jump seats available for kiddos up to 50 lbs. as 3rd passenger. Maximum Weight Capacity 375-430 lbs. depending on model. Seat can be centered on sit-on-top models when more capacity is needed for solo paddling.

YOUTH KAYAKS

Solo paddling for ages 10-12 at parent’s discretion. Available in sit-on-top and sit-inside. Tethers available for towing. Maximum Weight Capacity 110-150 lbs. depending on model.

PADDLEBOARDS

All-around SUP’s are wide, stable and user friendly. Maximum Weight Capacity up to 240 lbs. Leash provided. No dogs on SUP’s.

CANOES

When more cargo space is needed, a canoe fits the bill. Accommodates up to 3 average sized adults or 2 adults and 2 kiddos 50 lbs. or less on jump seats. Maximum Weight Capacity 800 lbs.
